It eventually leads to peace in the region
Therefore we can't think of the utilisation other than 100% military purposes as to what uranium concentration technique by North Korea is aiming at.

Technically speaking, he is very correct, but it is also true that the very utilisation of military purposes allows the countries concerned to have equilibrium of powers, and eventually contributes to peace in the region.

Who is known to be a state sponsor of terrorism.Same thing with Iran.If these were responsible, upstanding members of the international community there would likely be less concern. But they are marginal outliers who don't WANT to join the rest of the world since to do would be require great sacrifices in the leaders' powers.Given that you live in Japan, I'm surprised you aren't more opposed to North Korea's obtaining nuclear weapons, since your country is only second to South Korea as being a target within reach of North Korea's missiles.Although, at least North Korea isn't run by a religious fanatic, so he'd likely be at least slightly more rational than the Iranian leaders, but not enough to make me comfortable.

All right, all right..let me ponder about it a little more, of course I am not a fan of appeasement policy, but at the same time we need not to exarcerbate the situations deliberately. I want to accept current detente even if it's negative peace. But it is just my impression now, I need to listen to other's opinions more and articles, documents, and so forth.
Then I will reply to you later.
