Good Morning
2006.03.10 5:11
Usually I stay up late until 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning and go to bed, I wake up at 9 in the morning and I prepare to go to office.
I usually feel like sleeping at around midnight, then I usually put up with this drowsiness and keep on staying awake.
Tonight I give way to this drowsiness and I slept. I slept soon after midnight and woke up at 5.
This is more effective than other alternatives, whenever we want to take a rest, we take it, whenver we want to wake up, we wake up.
I resume my slashdotting life as I normally do from 5 o'clock.
Splendid morning.

Currently I am working 4-8 hours daily on a dissertation. Last week and this weekend, I was sleeping throughout the day, maybe from 9am to 6pm. If I get up a 6 in the evening, I have an oppostunity to see my family, have dinner with them, see a friend in (their) evening. Then at 12 I start work, and work / use internet through the night. No-one disturbs me, it is very peaceful, but sometimes lonely. But on Monday as i often do when i have got into this rhythm, I stayed awake for 24-30 hours and went to bed at a "normal" time. Now this week so far I have gone to bed at 12.Best is to both be tired and ready to go to bed at the same time each day - but it's not always possible. Alomst anyone is capable of staying up 3-4 hours later than bedtime on any one day, and most people 6-8 hours. So if we have this ability it's tempting to use it at certain times.Once a cycle is broken tiredness and sleep can come at irregular intervals.

Last night I felt very sleepy and slept soon after midnight. I'm working afternoon tomorrow, now it's time to slashdot. Is somebody posting in your subnet as Anonymous Coward? That's too bad!

You know what , you look like Nick cave ;()Other than that, I am a frequent victim of screwed up Sleeping patterns . I find a good way to solve that is Valium or another Diazapam ;) but that is harder to get .Alcohol works for me .

Yeah, yeah, Nick Cave.. I am very different from ordinary Japanese.
My only problem is too healthy. I found some slahdotters have had cold one time in a year, for my part I haven't had cold for more than ten years -actually I have no memory of having cold after I had pneumonia at age 28.
I sleep well, work well, slashdot well. Medicines make you dependent to those drugs, so it's better to keep away from those. Alcohol is OK.
