This is a journal about late Masako Ito publicly known as Kisaragi Koharu.
She was born on Feb/19/1956, and died on Dec/19/2000. She was 44 at the time of her death. The cause of her death was Hypothalamus haemorrhage. She had a history of diet disorder in her 20s, the weight just before her death was believed to be less than 30kg, anyway..
Apparently she was a shinning star of our times. She was five years senior to me, and known to me as one of distinguished writer/commentator of play and playwright herself.
I noticed her talent long (4 or 5 years) before her death. Of course I regret her too early death, the feeling was not only for me.
5 years have passed after she passed away, nothing changed in Japan's cultural scene so far. We have no geniuses at the same time at least in the field of play.

Her penname - surname Kisaragi means 'February' in old Japanese and givenname Koharu means 'the small spring'. Her existence was like a day of small spring in February.
