Space and Time
Why does an infinite space cause the “combinations of matter” to loop?
This would mean that if space is finite, this loop doesn’t exist, right? So isn’t space finite?
A book I read a long time ago stated that eternal return (eternal recurrence) is disproven in physics. Was that argument only valid within Euclidean geometry?
Even if the universe is infinite and there are countless versions of “me” exactly identical to myself, “I” am still only me. Personal identity is not negated.
In the first place, time only exists because humans are born and perceive things through the concept of time. Similarly, we only perceive space because of our consciousness. In a world without human perception, it feels as though neither time nor space would need to be defined. What are your thoughts on this?
