Jealousy
My loved one sent me a photo of themselves with someone else.
They say it was just a prank.
They claim it was generated by AI.
That did bring me a little relief.
Yet, the jealousy made my head spin.
I felt like I was going to pass out.
I nearly collapsed while walking.
I need to get a grip on myself.
If you look only at reality, love cannot survive.
If you look only at illusions, daily life falls apart.
One shouldn’t fall in love.
But I have fallen, completely and utterly. I am head over heels for you, down to my very core.
