Are the protests still continuing in France, Spain, and Italy?
For some reason, it reminded me of the phrase, “Is Paris Burning?”
Albert Speer, who was the Minister of Armaments at the time, confessed that there was just one specific order from the Führer that he disobeyed, didn’t he?
Speaking of Speer, it also brought Takeaki Enomoto to mind.
It truly moves me to the core to think of someone saying, “No matter what happens to my own life, please save this book at all costs.”
I sincerely hope that the French people will cherish and protect the beautiful city of Paris — which even Hitler could not destroy in the past — and that they will carry out their protests peacefully.
