Some octopus has two eyes in their head plus two eyes in their feet. Two eyes in their feet are faked ones. For them eyes are most important organs. Once those were attacked, they are never like to survive. All those who hadn't have two circles in their feet were died out. Only those who happened to have two circles in their feet survived.
This is the fact of natural selection.
