Dispatched Labour

Dispatched labour had been prohibited from the perspective of labourer protection. Dispatched labourer had no health insurrance, bonus, promotion, etc.,yet dispatched labourere has been increasing rapidly recently. The law might have been changed, or just there might have a loophole for it.

The reason of this shift is clear. There's few labourers to protect in company, so the gap between dispatched workers and regular ones has been narrower. Whomever hired, that doesn't make differences any more.
