Mockery Of Democracy

I attended some meeting as just a guest, participant, outsider, observer, or onlooker. One master of ceremonies asked in front of us whether they should move their property to individual's property, this time to the head of the group. He said, please raise your hand if you think it's alright. It was 5 or 6 out of 25 attendants who agreeed to this arrangement. I completely thought that the proposal was rejected. However, he said again, please raise your hand if you disagree with this proposal. This time no people raise their hands. He said, consequently we decided to move the group's property to the ownership of the head of the group.

Needless to say, secret ballot ought to be used to decide such an important issue that relates to money.
