This is a decisive moment, whether this foreign capital acquire more than 50% of one of Japan's media giant or end up only 16% and retreating from control over the company.
If it fails to acquire the company, it will be forced to retreat overall other investment too. Again, this foreign investment company is in a point of no return, make or break.
Regardless who owns company, who controls over the company, I just expect the survival of the fittest. No good management, no future.
