Rabies

China is much bigger than Japan, the northernmost part is much colder and the sourthernmost part is much hotter than here. I'm not sure whether the rabies remains more in subtropical area though judging from the news report, it might be. In Japan tight quarantine control is the effective way to prevent dogs contaminated with that viruses from entering the country. We can see different colours in a world map among nations in Asia, but of course there's no border among dog's fauna.
