New Caste
In Japan already one-third of workforce is occupied by non-regular workers - part-time, full-time contract, usually half a year, one year respectively. In the case of 18 to 24 year old young people, one-half of all workforce is non-regular workers. Non-regular workers don't have a bonus, usually twice in a year.
Recently the introduction of white collar exemption has been argued, this is the system white collar workers have to work till they finish their job in wage of eight hours in a day, forty hours in a week. Their extra working hours will be ignored.
New caste has been emerging in Japan's society. Part-time workers form the top of pyramid, full-time regular workers make the bottom of the caste.
