The Sound of Military Steps

Japan's prime minister Mr Koizumi is a popular polititian. He is economically very liberal and militarily very conservative. Thus he won the favour both from very liberal and very conservative people. Besides opposition party is sometimes more conservative than the ruling party. Now our country shows much similarity to that of the eve of the second World War, but this time our vertual enemy is not America, but a neighbouring country.
Up to now, America does not seem to be serious about the war with that country as Mr President pointed out he continue to make a greatest possible diplomatic effort with North Korea, but at the same time if Japan considered economic sanctions America went as far as to say that Japan should consult America beforehand. Japan is of course an allied country to America.
On the other hand, Japan's self defence force stationed in Samawah, 600 military personels continue to be deployed there after 1400 Dutch troops leave the area next month. Instead 600 British troops are going to defend Japan's armed forces. Mr Koizumi clearly stated that he try to amend the article No.9 of Japan's constitution-renunciation of all armed forces- today. And judging from other news - North Korea might have sold uranium to Libya, it is not far future Japan declare the remilitarisation under the permission of the current American government. It is not a matter of one, two year, but a few months.
I can hear the sound of military steps.
