M&A -Only Money Matters

I think there ought not to be distinction between 'hostile takeovers' and 'friendly aquisitions'. Market is where only money matters, it is silly for us to seek 'morality' over the issues auch as a takeover bid by someone who is eager to take control over a company.
According to a news, there were 2 or 3 'hostile takeovers' in the USA last year, while they had 3,500 friendly M&As. That is only because American companies are fully aware of the possibilities of being bought by someone in a market, they have already learned how to accept a reality rather than being resistent to that takeover attempt.
Japanese companies, prepare to be matured to accept a reality. Market is a living organism. Money is blood. If no money's flowing into the market, sclerosis occurs.
