Mr Seiji Tsutsumi, one of the older brothers of arrested ex-chairman Mr Yoshiaki Tsutsumi, has been much rather known as a poet among literaly people than a president of the major department store, entered the Japan Communist Party shortly after he went to the University of Tokyo.
