Once I had attempted to have a lecture on my own without being asked by anybody at School Festival when I was 23 - I was still a sophomore. Of course I was still a student, though I was known to be something I was not the only one who was particularly distinguished, I made a big board, and made a poster then I stood upright the board so that anyone can see I have a speech or rather a lecture- because it was academic. The title of the lecture was 'The Perspective of Contemporary Thought.'
I was not expecting to have much audience though, I was just amazed to find 'no one ' when I was supposed to start the lecture. I was really perplexed. Five minutes passed. Although I was suspecting, I was unable to say anything in front of anyone. When I was ready to retreat from the room, someone was watching through the window. I said 'come, come'. He seemed to be not willing to come but saying 'I was able to read one philosopher's name that had me curious'. Enough reason to come and listen to my lecture, so I was able to start my first self-claimed lecture. One and a half hour, I was eloquently had a lecture only for him, to have only one person was just enough and fine to me.
Once Mishima wrote in his 'Murderer's Diary', which was written in his 18 years old, ' Murderer is thought to be dead when he is understood. ' Murderer is a killer, a nihilist, a destroyer. When he is understood, he cannot keep on being a destroyer.
Writers are a humanist. They are an antithesis of nihilists. He keeps on writing as long as he can have only one reader. To have only one reader was just enough and fine to a writer. This is the fate of writers.
