Florida was most populated by people from Carribian origin, but people of Carribian origin also live near and around Florida peninsula.
The situation is similar in and around Korean peninsula. Korean people are most populated in peninsula, but many Koreans live near Korean peninsula deep inside East-north region of China.
All East Asian countries are located very closely. China doesn't want other countries to attack their neighbour country -North Korea, historically Northern Korea had been a tribute. Chinese volunteer soldiers later participated in Korean War (1950)when their border was threatened by United Nation Army.
