paji2 said followers of Confucius have a "religion", for it has all the writings, decrees, rituals which belong to religions. Now I realised fundamental difference between my scope of application defined in religion and other people's. I meant the teachings of Confucius have very few point that is regarded as particularly 'religious'. He himself didn't want to be called his teachings a religion. But the followers of Confucius have a religion, because they enthusiastically tried to learn, write down his words and edit a codex and practise his teachings, they went to far to make a temples and shrines so that they worship him. This is a religion.
