In my fictitious world I wanted to say in front of smokers that it is your privilege to smoke here, but it's not your right. They will reply to me with a smile,' oh, it's my especially admitted right, thank you. I enjoy my privilege.' I would reply,' right is prior to privilege. ' They might not be able to understand what I mean.
