Indeed almost all products are suffered from this inequilibrium. Ths cases are exceptionally larger than their contents. I guess in some cases only 60% of area in boxes, cases are occupied by their contents.
Aside from that, I feel like eating an ice cream bar on a stick, so I rush into the convenience store to buy this product.

One Local Theatre

We went to see the movies in one local theatre. Here located in Kokura and a family of one of my friends in elementary school runs the theatre. We were able to see two movies in $10 each. This fee is according to Japan standard, it's very reasonable. We spend there enjoing the movies from 17:00 to 21:00. Both two movies were made in up-to-date topics and interesting to watch. I recall about 30 years ago he gave me two tickets saying sometimes how about relaxing since I was too busy studying. As if his spirit were alive inside the theatre.

I recall a woman who I met in a foreigner's bar -The Big Apple, now it's gone, more than ten years ago. She was a nice person. One very late night I tried to touch her tabacco case, saying you smoke, aren't you or something. She was furious about me saying 'Don't touch it' with very loud voice. I was very amazed, and said I was just asking if she smokes. She said she extremely dislikes her any belongings to be touched by anyone. I thought she cannot be my friend any more. She might have thought that the act of touching changes the ownership, which is absolutely not.

We are selling two different eels. One is 30 cm long, 7 cm width and the price is $7. The other one is 25 cm long, 5 cm width and the price is $10.
The only difference is one is made in China and the other is domestic made. I think the taste is completely the same but Japanese people prefer buying domestic ones, not imported ones.
Strangely enough the case of domestic eels is bigger and tough, that of imported eels is smaller and fragile, so there are a lot of room around the domestic eel in a case while almost no room can be found inside the case of imported eels. I thought it strange and I proposed my manager to change the cases being used by each eel.
'Imported eels are bigger so we ought to use bigger and tougher cases for them. Domestic ones are smaller and we ought to use smaller cases.' My manager's explanation was this. 'It's according to their prices, not their size.'

Rainy Season In Japan

Since Japan is located at the rim of monsoon affected area, this country usually has a rainy season. But unlike other Asian subtropical area, it only lasts up to one month. Usually June falls on this season, in ancient Japanese term June is called 'the month of rain'. During these days we have lots of rainfall almost every day.
This year we hadn't had a rainy season in June, but only around the midst of July we started having rainfall. It only lasted ten days but all the more the rainfall was intense.

I don't know whether they are translations, summaries, retellings or direct extracts. I have not been able to find information about this novel that mercedo mentions in his profile text. The title nicely refers to either the first woman on earth, or the end of the day.

This very useful volume gives links to mercedo's homepages on many of the different sites and communities where he has posted, including deviantArt, theDailyKos, groupehudson and of course slashdot, slashdot.jp and technocrat.net. Onoda is the name of a famous Japanese soldier who continued fighting guerrilla war on a Pacific island for decades after Japan's surrender, paranoid to the last that information about the war's end was a psychological trick by the enemy.

The play on words between aristo- and techno-crat is clear, but the does the word also refer to Aristotle? Remembering mercedo's sig ("--Ancient Greek Philosophers -18c Enlightenment Thinkers -Slashdotters") I interpret this as suggesting that mercedo identifies himself both in the tradition of Aristotle, and as the "raised up as a most prosperous guy" aristo.

I have found mercedo to be one of the most interesting journallers on slashdot. Finding his own mirrors of his work gave me a new chance to appreciate and explore it. In particular, I think someone's classification of their own work can sometimes be as revealing as the words themselves, especially when they take this as seriously as mercedo seems to. Fellow slashdotter Mercedo archives his journals and comments from Slashdot and elsewhere on the web in several concurrent volumes, sorted by forum and nature of posting, on blogspot. You can reach every volume from his Blogger profile. These used to be numbered as I - X, but recently the classification has changed and there are now 12 named sections. Most volumes are subtitled 'A record of an Age'. Each seems to begin with an extract/translation/interpolation of mercedo's novel 'The Eve'. Many of them have the statement of mercedo's quest and dedication of his journal from his Slashdot profile (This 'Journal of mercedo' is totally dedicated to one woman whom I met with in Trecca, Kyoto, Japan on the 23rd of December, 1986 for the first time and probably the last time in our life[...]My trek continues...)

I am not sure if it also includes posts from other places - or if mercedo at one point stopped writing on slado (?) but in november 2005 the comment "I used to post all comments made in Slashdot Jp site here. Now this site is reserved to be used in future for writing or storing journals & comments" appears.

Two long pieces from 'The Eve' (?) and links to other journals. As stated most volumes start with what seems to be a piece from this novel. I don't know whether they are translations, summaries, retellings or direct extracts. I have not been able to find information about this novel that mercedo mentions in his profile text. The title nicely refers to either the first woman on earth, or the end of the day.

This very useful volume gives links to mercedo's homepages on many of the different sites and communities where he has posted, including deviantArt, theDailyKos, groupehudson and of course slashdot, slashdot.jp and technocrat.net. Onoda is the name of a famous Japanese soldier who continued fighting guerrilla war on a Pacific island for decades after Japan's surrender, paranoid to the last that information about the war's end was a psychological trick by the enemy.

The play on words between aristo- and techno-crat is clear, but the does the word also refer to Aristotle? Remembering mercedo's sig ("--Ancient Greek Philosophers -18c Enlightenment Thinkers -Slashdotters") I interpret this as suggesting that mercedo identifies himself both in the tradition of Aristotle, and as the "raised up as a most prosperous guy" aristo.

Although as mentioned there is a lot of confusion between different categories here on the blogspot mirrors/archives, it seems that in general posts are not repeated or crossposted between different sites. Some of these sites, such as perl.org or slashcode.com are in general for discussion of a specific topic. My guess is that mercedo explores different sites as a way of getting perspective or a fresh start, and then often returns to slashdot.org for the bulk of his entries. Then each volume of the archive ends up getting these slashdot posts added to it.

I have found mercedo to be one of the most interesting journallers on slashdot. Finding his own mirrors of his work gave me a new chance to appreciate and explore it. In particular, I think someone's classification of their own work can sometimes be as revealing as the words themselves, especially when they take this as seriously as mercedo seems to. I hope that if anyone else is interested they find this summary useful.

About me:This 'Journal of mercedo' is totally dedicated to one woman whom I met with in Trecca, Kyoto, Japan on the 23rd of December, 1986 for the first time and probably the last time in our life. We will never see one another again, but my journal entry will continue till I receive a reply from her that'll never be likely to occur. She came into pieces and shining in the sky, and not in the least existing in my mind. I can see her smiling at me. Don't worry, she had just got married to another guy.
Born in Kokura, south-west Japan, 1961, I raised up as a most prosperous guy who'd always been located in second to none in all school I attended, now I started my trek to see her again till the end of time, waiting your reply.
I published my first novel 'The Eve' in 1978, now those who noticed who I am, please keep secret. For the moment I would like to enjoy being anonymous.

Fellow slashdotter Mercedo archives his journals and comments from Slashdot and elsewhere on the web in several concurrent volumes, sorted by forum and nature of posting, on blogspot. You can reach every volume from his Blogger profile. These used to be numbered as I - X, but recently the classification has changed and there are now 12 named sections. Most volumes are subtitled 'A record of an Age'. Each seems to begin with an extract/translation/interpolation of mercedo's novel 'The Eve'. I am not sure if it also includes posts from other places - or if mercedo at one point stopped writing on slado (?) but in november 2005 the comment "I used to post all comments made in Slashdot Jp site here. Now this site is reserved to be used in future for writing or storing journals & comments" appears.

Two long pieces from 'The Eve' (?) and links to other journals. As stated most volumes start with what seems to be a piece from this novel. I don't know whether they are translations, summaries, retellings or direct extracts. I have not been able to find information about this novel that mercedo mentions in his profile text. The title nicely refers to either the first woman on earth, or the end of the day.
Onoda
This very useful volume gives links to mercedo's homepages on many of the different sites and communities where he has posted, including deviantArt, theDailyKos, groupehudson and of course slashdot, slashdot.jp and technocrat.net. Onoda is the name of a famous Japanese soldier who continued fighting guerrilla war on a Pacific island for decades after Japan's surrender, paranoid to the last that information about the war's end was a psychological trick by the enemy.

Mirror of journal entries from technocrat.net. As ever though there seems to be overlap - some comments from slashdot.org, also slashcode.com, perl.org [!] are included here? The play on words between aristo- and techno-crat is clear, but the does the word also refer to Aristotle? Remembering mercedo's sig ("--Ancient Greek Philosophers -18c Enlightenment Thinkers -Slashdotters") I interpret this as suggesting that mercedo identifies himself both in the tradition of Aristotle, and as the "raised up as a most prosperous guy" aristo.

'Journals other than Slashdot &Technocrat.net'. Mercedo comments on multiple forum sites. Although as mentioned there is a lot of confusion between different categories here on the blogspot mirrors/archives, it seems that in general posts are not repeated or crossposted between different sites. Some of these sites, such as perl.org or slashcode.com are in general for discussion of a specific topic. My guess is that mercedo explores different sites as a way of getting perspective or a fresh start, and then often returns to slashdot.org for the bulk of his entries. I have found mercedo to be one of the most interesting journallers on slashdot. Finding his own mirrors of his work gave me a new chance to appreciate and explore it. In particular, I think someone's classification of their own work can sometimes be as revealing as the words themselves, especially when they take this as seriously as mercedo seems to. I hope that if anyone else is interested they find this summary useful.

Where's MySpace?

It was already four days ago when I wrote a journal here, the title of my journal was 'rain, rain, rain'. I was busy browsing MySpace.com for these four days to look for a beautiful woman. I am unable to see my love from Monday to Friday so I need to ease my lonliness by visiting other's sites on line. Today as had been these four days I tried to visit MySpace.com but I was unable to do owing to mechanocal problem in the site. The number of registered users right now in MySpace is nearly a hundred million. It was not in the least likely for MySpace to be overwhelmed by such a large number of new entries. It's still raining. It have been raining for over five or six days. MyIsland is about to be overwhelmed by tens of thousands of rainfall. But MySpace is not MyIsland. May MySpace last forever!

I am busy working from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is only my day off and I make it a rule to spend my holiday with my 46 year old love. Since she is a mother of 17 year old daughter she has to take care of her child so we are unable to live together. We are responsible for all what we had done, so it's inevitable.
I usually read and write lots of articles in English, I usually spend doing it till 4 am. and go to sleep from 4 am to 9 am. But last night I fell asleep at 1 am, resulting in waking up at 5 am early in the morning. I had time to check your photos that led me to really happy moment for I got your message.
We are always only on the line, but as if we were talking in real.

I am busy working from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is only my day off and I make it a rule to spend my holiday with my 46 year old love. Since she is a mother of 17 year old daughter she has to take care of her child so we are unable to live together. We are responsible for all what we had done, so it's inevitable.
I usually read and write lots of articles in English, I usually spend doing it till 4 am. and go to sleep from 4 am to 9 am. But last night I fell asleep at 1 am, resulting in waking up at 5 am early in the morning. I had time to check your photos that led me to really happy moment for I got your message.
We are always only on the line, but as if we were talking in real.
