Nude at cemetery

Kishin Shinoyama, a famous nude photographer, was investigated by police for taking indecent pictures in Aoyama cemetery.

Policy say they won't question whether the pictures were indecent, but the place he took was appropriate.

Nude on the street or the park is obscene. Nude on the beach, in a bath are not indecent. Nude in studio is OK, nude under the cataract is OK.

It is hard to determine whether it's obscene or not if they are involved in sacredness, spirituality. Nudity is often associated with sacredness in some traditional festivals.

It is hard to judge if we tried to judge culture in the eyes of criminality.
