From several sources, theoretically speaking, both Germany and Japan might have had a nuclear weapon. But both countries hadn't got most important material -uranium. 50 years ago -in Ningyotoge here in Japan the nuclear agency dug uranium but it didn't take so much time to realise the uranium was not good enough in quality to produce nuclear arms.--Ancient Greek Philosophers -18c Enlightenment Thinkers -Technocrat Users
