Japan always show sophisticated technic in using micro technology-in other words, software , but as to macro technology -in other words, hardware, they typically show their lack of comprehension, besides they lack perspective, philosophy, overall understanding as to the meaning of space use, in short, they lack the macrocosm of space technology.
