Binary system is most basic way of counting numbers, like 0, 1, 10, 11, 100, 101, 110, 111....Decimal notation is just a product of our culture. It is as a result of our trying to make the most of ten fingers. Theoretically notations by any number is possible. Some one who can multiply any different large number, for example 6735 x 4792 instantly once confessed that he can see different figures in each numbers, for him 6735 represented by some shape and 4792 by another shape. He can count numbers in 10000 notation at least in order to multiply numbers like 6735 or 4792. Perfect number is also a product of our culture. It seems meaningless from other point of view.
