because I think firing someone (i.e. cutting them off from their means of meeting their basic survival needs, like food and shelter) should be a last resort.Firing ought to be the last resort. -Bill Dog

Three months ago I was fired for disagreeable unacceptable reason. I had no effective way to oppose their decision.I was a dispatched worker from another company than the company I was assigned to work. Their excuse was I was not fired from the dispatch company though I was fired from the company I was assigned.I had to find another job soon.I had fewer and fewer ways to oppose it since labour dispatch law was enacted in 2004, previously only 8 kinds of job, which were regarded to require special skills as interpretation, typewriting, accounting, etc. were allowed to use dispatched workers, now 23 kinds of job can hire them. Almost all 23 jobs are so common, which don't require special skills.
