Captain Splendid, linvir, thank you very much for being my fan, or listing my name in your friend's section. That encourages me so much.
I am not contributing here as frequently as I used to be now. I am busy in loving with someone outside the screen. This is what healthy men ought to be, since last Christmas when my love-then said good-bye to me, I hadn't accompanied with anyone except for my old friends. So situation right now is so refreshing and new to me that I feel many wonders.
I am experiencing lots of wonderful moments right now and I intend to make up for my absense in Slashdot.

I have made a mistake by selecting wrong women as my partner in the past. Usually once our relationship has started it was a little bit hard to stop ceasing our relationship until some inconvenience occurs. This time our relationship has been so far so nice. I hope thing will keep on being good to better, best.
Combination matters. Usually one plus one makes more than two, but sometimes that is subject to making less than two. We call it a wrong combination. It's rare for us to make more than three or more. But if its combination is really good sometimes such a rare thing happens.
I'm 44, and if I had been seeking for a woman whose age is one year senior to me, this year would have been an uppermost limit. Of course some older woman is very attractive, but all women have a limitation heaven gave them. For a woman whose age is 45,6, menopause is nigh. So our relationship is a very good chance heave gave us and we will make a greatest effort to keep and develop our relationship. I have made a mistake in a relationship with my past women a lot. This time I intend to steer clear of those mistakes such as I made in the past.

Private Notification

It was already 5 months since my last relationship with my African girlfriend ended. My life had never been any problem but at the same time no memorable moment till recently.

On Wednesday night I had a new relationship with a new girlfriend. About one month ago I encountered a pretty woman whose age is one year senior to me and after having date three times finally we had a memorable moment.

See my posting record, my posting pace has been stagnant and now almost allposts were adorned in asterisk, a proof of stagnation of my mind and body. Tonight I posted 5 (slado plus here), my life's moving again, started sailing again toward my eternal destination. I show deep gratitude to her. Hope she will be my last companion in my voyage.

I need to know a little bit about current racial tension in Australia so that I can judge well whether Australia is suitable for me to be the destination of possibile emigration from my country.
I spent 10 days in Sydney in October 1998, I stayed in one backpacker's inn where many foreiners' staying, who are not only Asians but Europeans too. One day we had fire-crackers thrown in our house. The crackers were lit and we had sharp sound and lots of smoke. All residents were evacuated. It turned out to be a malicious trick by some offender, of course we couldn't know who committed it but probably it was done by someone who had some racial motif.
When I had lunch in cafeteria in some department store located at the midst of city centre, I noticed some graffiti on wall of toilet that says 'Get out Asians'. It was written about 1 metre long, I mean it's not ignorable. Recently your country had a minor racial incident in Bomdi beach. How about now?

Japan's Conservative Party is Liberal Democratic Party and Japan's Labour Party is Democratic Party, whose relationship is similar to Republican and Democratic Party in the U.S.A.
I thought sometimes the name of parties doesn't represent their political aim well, so I chose to use the term Tory and Whig.
Slightly conservative bills are rushing to pass without serious argument. Democrats are proudly claiming that they have no problem to pass these bills under the mutual consent of not forcibly having 'plot crime' passed. Liberal Democrats haven't been mentioning anything. The end of post war democracy might come soon.

I assume war is not merely a result of conflict between two countries. But the most effective way to solve the same problem two countries happen to have had.
Recently I fell unwell. We(our representatives) have been discussing whether to implement a 'plot crime'. Any one who devises some crimes with someone will be punishable by this law. Tory has been trying to pass the law twice so far and now it's three times. They are serious. They intend to pass this bill after all important other bills passed. This time they are serious. Law Affairs Agency(governmental)and Japan's Bar Association have been struggling against one another, but sadly enough under the Diet in which Tory has overwhelming majority, they can pass almost every bill they want. Last election was being held under the single issue -whether we are in favour of the privatisation of post office. Many nationals voted in favour of it and resulted in giving an overwhelming majojority to Tory. Current prime minister is gone soon in September, this year. Only remains the Tory controlled national assembly.
World War II was one of the biggest correction in history to mend huge chasm arised between haves and have-nots. As a result of this big discharge in history, we had enjoyed 'post war democracy'. Recently we have heard the word 'gap society', means the difference between the poor and rich has been increasing. Sadly the gap has been expanding conspicuously, and some time after the process has proceeded, this process will be irreversible. The rich will be super rich, and the poor will never be able to get away from being poor. The poor will lose not only democracy but freedom of expression. They will lose their life too.

Origin Of War

In general in resignation, there seem two types. One is the case in which people are already well treated but resign in seeking for better conditions. The other case is that his position is not well paid and he has to seek for another less miserable conditions.

Economy is constantly shrinking these days so it is needless to say that the latter case is overwhelmingly more. This case is a kind of Hobson's choice.

I feel scary when I thought about what there were in the end. We have more unemployed or half-unemployed than now. After all some population will be unable to feed themselves. Here arises the best way to solve this problem, that is mutual annihilation between two counterparts, people call it a war. In the end war is a final solution for population problem, food problem, and umemployment problem.

It will seem to take around several decades to reach such a stage though, I seem to have no effective measures to prevent it.

Gap Society

Gap Society
2006.05.15 2:26

I've been thinking that the advent of the Internet dominated society will bring a society of more oppotunity and equality in distribution. But more and more the gap between the poor and the rich has been widening. Why, why, why...
A few years ago a tapping law was put into effect. This law allows police to tap all the conversations spoken on the phone regardless of whether they are related to criminal act or not. Of course the police have to have a legal obligation to keep it secret. But once they judge the contents of converstion are directly related to the occurence of crime, they can use the contents of their tapping as a proof to the court. Unfortunately tapping is only possible between fixed phones. Because transmission of cell phone is cryptised, they can't tap the contents of conversation spoken between cell phones. As a result, we stopped using fixed phones.
Also a several years ago espionage prevention law was implemented. At that time people were demanding governmental documents to know whether public officials were violating a law. They say people have a right to know. But this movement was terminated by this law. The name of this law is not espionage prevention, but individual information protection law. That protects individual information, but also prevents leaking from their sanctuary, area where they have to keep secret. People can't look at the right information, let alone misconducts by public officials.
Now our diet has been focusing on whether or not to introduce a creation of a plot crime. If some people talked about a plan of some crime, they have to go to geol up to 5 years.
Where do we find a way to run away from this severe reality? The advent of gap society is coming over there, will the age of the Internet bring about another one thousand Middle Ages?

Of course at times we made a mistake. No one is perfect. I also made a mistake and I will make a mistake. We are all prone to failures inevitably. But I don't think about only one failure. It is indeed counter-productive. 'If I took another way..' is a stupidest thing. Life is a multiplication. If we dwelt on a failure in the past, we came to be a monster of regret. Our life goes downward and retrospective. But we thought about why we made a mistake by comparing two failures, we can achieve someting positive from the multiplication of the two minuses. Remember minus times minus is plus.

Different. It is different from conspiracy. If someone has been charged with conspiracy to murder, he is guilty of conspiracy even if he didn't commit murder it doesn't care. Suppose a murder was carried out actually by only one offender but if this heinous crime was plotted by more people other than the offender, those people ought to be charged with conspiracy. It is no doubt.
Plot crime is different from conspiracy. The crimes are neither carried out, nor planned, but just being talked about or discussed. Then those who just talked about committing a crime will be charged with plot crime. Even if they say they were just joking, they are punishable by plot crime. This law doesn't take into consideration whether the crime will be carried out. This law is aimed at our conversation. It's contents.

We are discussing whether we ought to implement 'plot crime' in criminal code. The only problem this law has is this law will affect just an ordinary people rather than criminal people.
For criminal people they will violate this law without hesitation. They are criminal because they violate not only other law but this law too. Ordinary people start to try to respect this law as much as they can, that results in restricting the freedom of expression soon drastically.

Golden Week has just gone. This week I will work as 8, 8, 6, 8, 8, 6 hours. On Wednesday I will resume workshop after two weeks break. This one is so hard. Am I going to hold the workshop? If so I won't feel exhausted. I am the one who receives this lesson.
Stick with it anyway..

Touring
2006.05.08 1:04

It's cold today and we had foggy rain also. It's precious holiday today so I rode a bicycle and went touring. I always work and shop within a range of 2 or 3 kilo diametre, especially it's rare to go suburbs of eastward, so I took a direction in the east. I just wondered I didn't know many about suburbs of the city.
I bought various foods in supermakets I'd never come before.

Antenna
2006.05.08 0:46

I went to have my hair cut. I am often pointed out that my hair is coarse, this time also a barber pointed out that I have coarse hair. I replied. 'These are antennas.' 'Hum?' He took a look at me twice. I said, 'It's a joke.' 'Ah, it's a joke, alright.' Seemed he felt secured.
In my mind I was muttering 'This hair is so solid as if it were antenna so that it can catch all the electronic waves from all over the world.' I was refering to reading and writing lots of journals and comments or news from around the world through the Internet. But I didn' t utter so lest he should call emergency.
He was very good at cutting my hair. I had a nice haircut.

Out Of Tunnel
2006.05.08 0:24

I just came out of tunnel of the Golden Week. As if the world ceased moving during these 9 days from 29th of April to 7th of May. If American people think Japanese are workholic, it is not completely true. Japanese life style has been changing rapidly. There's a limitation for everything. Extreme tensions that have supported the prosperity of Japan after the war have been inclined to go downward recently.
But my case was different, I don't work hard as other Japanese as they normally do in the period other than the Week, so I had to work during 9 days. I worked 8, 9.5, 6, 7, 8, 6 so I worked 44.5 hours in a week. Not bad.

On The Way
2006.05.05 2:15

This week I'm working so far as 8 Mon, 9.5 Tus, 6 Wed, 7 Thu. I ought to make an effort not to work too long by coordinating.

The Origin Of Golden Week

In our academic calendar we usually have spring break which is from 25th of March to 7th of April. So spring break is different from the Golden Week. How about the relation with Easter. In some countries early May falls latter half of Easter, but unlike Easter, the Golden Week is not originated from a religeous ceremony.
29th of April, 3rd of May, 5th of May happened to be holidays. So people started taking two or three pay-vacation between these holidays and making 7 or 8 successive holidays. This is the origin of the Golden Week. Now the 4th of May is decreed as the holiday for people so it's easier for people to take successive holidays.
So Golden Week was spontaneous, but believe me, people don't like to work such a nicest season in a year. People prefer to go hiking, orienteering, mountaineering. In this season naturally people prefer not to hide themselves behind the doors.

My Vacation

My Vacation
2006.05.04 5:09

From 29 th of April to 7th of May, many Japanese people take holidays. In the upper half of this holiday season I found I am less active in making comments in other User's journals. But in fact I have been reading many blogs. Probably it is because it's holiday season right now, reading a blog is my most popular way to spend my free time.
Certainly this is my vacation.

Golden Week
2006.05.04 3:40

The world except me is under holiday mode, I too feel so leisurely at work, I feel very relaxed in working. The only holiday I take is the next Sunday. I've been making a point of having a good time with my girlfriend always on every Sunday these two months. Best voyage so far.

Hot & Cold
2006.05.02 9:00

Oh, what a chilly morning, foggy morning too. The day before yesterday I slept from 4 PM to 8 PM, it was a Sunday afternoon. I took a nap from 7 to 9 AM Monday, though. Last night I slept from 0 AM to 5 AM just. It's very hot yesterday and a bit cold today.

Fitontid
2006.05.01 3:51

Russian Professor Kiiton at University of St. Petersburg named. Woods themselves give off the evaporated materials that protect themselves from other germs. This is a complex of alkaloid, multiple lactic acid, organic acid, tannic acid.

Shining Green
2006.05.01 3:33

My girlfriend and I went to Dam Park next to Mt Grill. It was about one hour ride by car. We make it a rule to visit somewhere on every Sunday. Nothing particular, and I thought it would take one more holiday to feel 100% the benefit of fitotid from the woods. Greens were shining, or rather gleaming from my eyes.

I can look at it from completely another perspective. Patricide and matricide have been regarded one of the most heinous crimes, under the old criminal code, though it was revised after 1945, the punishment for this crime was only two -capital punishment or a life imprisonment, now this was revised because it was thought to be somehow questionable in the optimum principle of equilibrium under the law.
But still this is a serious crime. I think this ought to be more severely punished. Her parents have never imagined being even hurt from their kid. They are not protecting against attack by their kid. They trust their kid always. And also it is very true that under the Asian custom children always have to respect their parents, this is a teaching of Confucious and this thought is widely rooted every nook and crany throughout Asian continent, especially China, Taiwan, Korea.
I don't think this case ought to have something to do with her ethnicity, but it still remains the possibility that the judge took it into consideration if he knew its East Asian tradition.

I think... it is much easier for us to try to be superrich rather than trying to realise a just and fair society. I'm not saying it's bad, but it's just difficult. In peace time the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. War will occur when their chasm is unbearably widened. Human history is a repetition of the mistake.

His release was realised after his lawyers asked the court three times, and he had to pay 3 million dollars in compensation. If he were convicted he would face five years imprisonment and 10 thousand dollars, so we might be able to say he 'bought' five years term by 3 million dollars.
Tokyo District Prosecuters have done well. They had him spend 3 months imprisonment and 3 million dollars. This money is called release money in short, but it will eventually work as a kind of fine.
