E-Book

Recently many people started using blogs as a useful tool to make themselves understood to as many people as possible. Few started keeping blogs as early as 1999 but probably only recently -in less than one year - when people started using them.
Many idols- celebrities started writing their diary in various blogs - yahoo! blogs, blogger, livedoor blogs, etc. as well as many newly elected politicians in this general election. We are able to know someone's idea, etc. as quickly as possible.
Technically speaking, all writings, thesis, even novels can be included in software basis. Then what about hardware? I think it's before soon to develop a portable hardware for any reading stuff - e-books, which enable us to download any writings to the kit. It is not too farther for us to carry a portable e-book and read as we like. The time is very nigh to put an end to the culture of paper indeed.

Although it is based on Wi-Fi instead of WiMax, the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet [nokia.com] is getting close. Screen looks a little small - but not too bad.

Probably library has to change the name like historical museum for the books made in paper. Or they will cost tens of thousands of dollars for their antiquity value.
Soon to come, now we are contributing to its fulfilment for the software.--Ancient Greek Philosophers -18c Enlightenment Thinkers -Slashdotters
